Reed Education is one of the UK’s largest education recruitment agencies, providing expertise in EYFS, primary, secondary, SEN and further education. Reed Education was founded over 20 years ago and has organically grown its office network covering England and Wales which includes four offices in London – this is more than any other education recruiter.
Reed Education has been recently awarded ‘managed service provider’ for schools within the Ealing Learning Partnership (ELP). This service, commencing in September 2021 will offer ELP schools a broader selection of candidates, better commercial terms for supply staff and input into how education recruitment agencies operate within the borough.
This represents Reed Educations fifth Managed Service award and our third to be implemented during the pandemic. Drawing on this experience we are excited to deliver a Managed Service to all ELP stakeholders that they can have full faith in.
The services Reed Education offer include daily supply support, long term vacancy management, all forms of tuition and permanent recruitment solutions. All these services can be supplied to individual schools, in a partnership agreement or as a wider framework such as a managed service.
