Speech & Language Link
Speech and Language Link provide you with a whole school approach to identifying and supporting SLCN. We offer you standardised assessment, resourced interventions, strategies, and recommendations for all pupils aged 4 to 14. Our packages include training for your staff, unlimited access to our speech and language help desk, and we have our therapist team who are here to offer support.
Advice for children with the highest level of need is given and for those that would not meet the usual referral criteria. Everything is designed to complement and work alongside your current level of SaLT support. Therapists report more appropriate referrals and schools are more confident in the decisions they make regarding their children’s speech and language needs. We provide you with all the training you need to run interventions and assessment and extensive further training is available through our CPD modules.
Don’t miss Heather Stevens, our in house speech and language therapist with over 30 years’ experience, at 12pm. She will be talking about the fostering a whole school approach to SLCN. Our team will be there in the chat if you have any questions.
